• In order to train safely you need suﬃcient space.

Carry out the exercises with enough space between you

and objects or other people so that nobody can be

injured.

• Only train on a ﬂat, non-slip surface.

• Only use this article if it is in perfect condition.

Examine the article for damage or wear before each

use.

• The article must never be dismantled.

Cleaning and care

Clean the article using a soft, damp cloth.

Protect the product from extreme temperatures, sunlight,

and moisture. Unsuitable storage and use of the article can

lead to premature wear and possible breaks in the structure,

which can lead to injury.

Disposal

Please dispose of the product and packaging in an env-

ironmentally friendly manner, separating diﬀerent materials
